If you want to insert your presentation to your website or blog, just click the button “Generate a code to embed” under the training player window. Thus generated code can be simply pasted into your blog or website.
Just type the name and surname of the user in the main search field in the top bar of the portal and click “Search”.
In the list of trainings there is an “Action” button. If you place your mouse cursor above it, a roll out menu appears with actions that can be done with this training. In the menu there is the item “Add to favourite items”. Click it to add the item to your favourite items. You will see it on the main page of your profile then.
In your profile click the button “Show full profile” and then click “Change profile photo”. Choose an image from your computer and click “Load”. If the image is not in a square format, you will see an option to cut the image size.
Yes. It is very easy. In the list of trainings, place your mouse over the button “Action” for the training you need. Once the options roll out, choose the option “Load a preview” and in the field “File” click the option ”Choose file”. Choose an image you’re your computer and click “Load”.
Yes. Below the player window in the training info panel there is a URL field, where you can find the address of the specific training.

In general, this should not happen. But no conversion tool is perfect, so exceptionally this may happen. Mostly it is caused by using a non-standard format or font. This portal supports all fonts, which are supported by the Open Office editor. If there are any errors in the conversion though, it can be corrected easily in the editor within a few minutes.
It is easy. In the list of all trainings just place your mouse on the “Action” button and choose the “Delete” operation.
It depends from the quantity of material you wish to put into the training/test. Creating a larger presentation with more data, graphic, voiceovers, such as for distance education or a training presentation for employees of corporations can take up to three or four weeks. The greatest benefit of BeeWiser is that you can start creating right after registration, free of charge. You do not have to wait till some department implements the system into your computer.

Yes, PPT files can be imported and converted in BeeWiser. It is very easy and it takes only a couple of minutes. BeeWiser supports Powerpoint imports in two ways:
Animations and inserted Excel leaves and other MS Office objects are not currently supported.
BeeWiser does much more than just loading a PPT file. Whereas the other systems just load screenshots of the PPT slides, BeeWiser converts them visually to allow their further editing in BeeWiser. Though we keep improving conversion of PPT files into the BeeWiser environment, it is possible you may find imperfections in the PPT file (inconsistency of format, text, image position…). All these problems can be easily tweaked in the slide editor. The conversion currently supports these object types:
Yes. You can load more then one file at the same time.
Yes, we have devoted a lot of attention to security. beeWiser represents a secure environment for your data and it has a user interface, which can be monitored and which allows evaluation and certification.
It is possible. You can do so by adjusting the sharing rights. You can set the object reading rights for your friends only. In case of training, you can apply the attribute “Premium content”. This means, that the training will be accessible only with a special code, which can be generated from the system and sent to the users you want.
